individually poly-bagged unless otherwise

be in writing, fax, or email. Top Tree will
not accept responsibility for corrections
or errors on verbal orders/instructions.

Samples: |
Sample Charge and
Die Charge must be paid prior to sample
production and Sample Charge is credited
upon receipt of an approved order provided
that there are no changes to the original
sample. |

Prices are quoted

Samples: |
Available and are
free of charge. Special requests are based
on availability. |

| Returns/Claims:

All returns and
claims must be claimed within one week after
receiving delivered goods. |

Orders: |
Dies and moulds
are hold for one year unless specified by
customer.

| Right to Promote: |
We reserve the
rights to use all products in our advertising
and displays unless advised in writing by
the customer.

Services: |
Possible on most
items. Rush charges will apply. Contact
Top Tree for approval prior to submitting
the order. |

Top Tree reserve
the rights to demand a copy of Right to
Produce from customers using logos, trademark,
service mark, copyright, right of privacy,
patent or similar licensed products. |
